On 2 December 2022, the Asia-Pacific Journal of International Humanitarian Law (APJIHL) held a mini launch of its 2022 Edition during the Annual International Humanitarian Law Half Day Seminar in Memory of Henry Dunant at the Faculty of Law, Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington.

Prof. Alberto Costi, Professor of Law at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington, and Dr. Marnie Lloydd, Lecturer in Law at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington, both Members of the APJIHL Board of Experts, gave an overview of the APJIHL and its publication process. Prof. Costi and Dr. Lloydd introduced the published articles in the 2022 Edition and invited the participants of the seminar to submit their manuscripts for publication in the 2023 Edition.

The APJIHL is a publication of the UP-IILS and the ICRC. The Journal seeks to produce peer-reviewed scholarly articles, book reviews, and commentary on significant developments and current issues in IHL and related fields with special focus on the Asia-Pacific region.
