Mr. Mackie Valenzuela

Mackie Valenzuela is a graduating student at the University of the Philippines – College of Law with an interest to specialize in international law and human rights. His research areas include immunity of state officials for international crimes, recognition of governments, jurisdictional framework of the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice, and the progressive development of crimes against humanity and war crimes under the Rome Statute.
