On August 15, 2022, Ms. Sahar Haroon, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Regional Legal Adviser for Southeast Asia and Japan and Managing Editor of the Asia-Pacific Journal of International Humanitarian Law (APJIHL), met with the APJIHL Editorial Team to talk about the upcoming 3rd Edition of the Journal and future plans for the publication. Ms. Haroon has expressed her enthusiasm for the release of the APJIHL’s 3rd Edition, which will again feature critical articles concerning IHL developments in the Asia-Pacific.
Ms. Haroon was joined by Atty. Gab Calleja, ICRC Legal Adviser. UP IILS Director and APJIHL Managing Editor Prof. Rommel J. Casis, along with Atty. Joan Paula Deveraturda and Prof. Michael Tiu, Jr., took part in the meeting with the assistance of the members of the APJIHL Editorial Team.
